FAQs

Will the colours in my printed product exactly match what I see on my screen?

Likely not, as each screen displays colors with slight variations. When comparing the same image on your desktop monitor, tablet, and phone, you'll often notice differences in color representation. This is why we, along with many printers, employ the CMYK color system. This system formulates a specific combination of Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and 'Key' (typically black) values for every color in your image. Our printers interpret each color in your design file based on its CMYK values, and that color is then reproduced in the print. If you're viewing the image on a relatively new and high-quality screen, the printed color should be fairly close to what you see there. However, an exact match is unlikely. If you wish we can supply a physical print proof instead of the usual PDF method.
