Printed Goods Returns Policy

  1. Any concerns regarding printing and finishing errors must be raised within 5 working days of receiving the goods.
  2. If the customer intends to reject the goods, they must inform E-assistance of the rejection and provide reasons.
  3. The Goods in question must be returned to: E-assistance at 5 Arcturus Close, Cranebrook NSW 2749 at the customers own cost.
  4. E-assistance will make will attempt to resolve the issue by either reprinting or refunding the full invoiced amount depending on the nature of the issue with the printed item and whether the issue lies with E-assistance.
  5. All care is taken, but E-assistance takes no responsibility for errors that the client fails detect during the proofing stage of the the artwork prior to printing. Therefore any reprint of the affected job will be entirely at the clients own cost.
